Warhammer The Old World - LINCON

Le tournoi Warhammer The Old World - LINCON a réuni 37 joueurs en Suède et a offert un top de tableau assez varié, avec un vainqueur Tomb Kings of Khemri, suivi d’une armée Bretonnian Exiles et d’un podium complété par les Chaos Dwarfs. Le haut du classement montre un événement bien disputé, où plusieurs styles d’armées ont réussi à performer.

Le point fort de ce tournoi, c’est surtout la diversité du top 5 : Royal Host, Bretonnia, Chaos Dwarfs, Chracian Warhost et Orc & Goblin Tribes. On est donc sur un event où le pilotage et la cohérence de liste ont clairement compté autant que la puissance brute.

This is a very mobile Bretonnian-style list with multiple pressure tools and strong board reach. The Pegasus elements and the Yeomen block give it a sharp aggressive profile, while the bombards add a real ranged threat.

This is a proper green menace list, with a lot of board control, dangerous fanatics, and multiple random threat pieces. It plays like an army that can turn every movement phase into a gamble for the opponent.

Conclusion.

LINCON gave us a very healthy snapshot of The Old World competitive play. Tomb Kings won the event, but the rest of the top 5 shows real faction spread, with Bretonnia, Chaos Dwarfs, High Elves, and Orcs all able to contend.
